    After the order is placed your bottles will ship in 10-15 business days.

    We will work as hard as possible to meet your deadline, however we do prioritize orders based on payment receipt and production timelines.

    All Polar Bottles are manufactured in Colorado, USA with parts sourced from Denver, CO and Garden City, MO.

    All of our products are shipped directly from our office in Longmont, CO.

    The insulated inner and outer layers of the Polar Bottle are made of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE). The cap for the bottle is also made up of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), and the valve is made of TPU.

    Polar Bottle water bottles are — and always have been —  BPA- and Phthalate-Free. So drink up!

    We will send you a form to fill out for personlization. We offer up to two lines of personalization - this can be either number/name or first/last name, with up to 36 characters per line. IMPORTANT! Please make sure to proofread all personalization submission prior to sending them to us!
