We are happy to offer a 30 day return policy/satisfaction guarantee. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you decide to return an item, Polar Bottle will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs incurred during your original order will not be refunded.
Please Note** The following return policy applies only to orders placed on www.polarbottle.com—we will not accept returns on products that weren't purchased on our website. If you purchased your gear somewhere else, please contact the original retail store for their specific return policy. This includes Amazon.

IF I RETURN SOMETHING, WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days following receipt of the product. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via the email listed on your original order. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?
If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of returned product. Place an order for you new product now to ensure timely receipt.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at info@polarbottle.com or 303-440-0358 as soon as possible during normal business hours (M-F 8:30-4:30 MST).Â
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind that we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and cannot cancel an order once it’s left our warehouse.
