Winter Workout Tips

 “New year, new life.” Start 2017 off right. 

The winter is starting and because of the cold it’s easy to fall out of the habit of working out. But it’s important to stay active all year round, especially during the dark winter months. Working out improves your mood, helps you sleep better, strengthens your memory and immune system, reduces stress, depression, and anxiety, makes you feel more confident, etc…
