This is a great service! I dropped my bottle during a workout and the valve plastic chipped such that I cannot close off the valve and seal my bottle. After 4 years, I am amazed at how durable these bottles are.  Even though I frequently freeze them half-full of water or wash them in the dishwasher, I have never had one break or leak. Keep making such a useful and high-quality product! You are appreciated!
