Polar Bottle® Water Bottle: 24oz Blue Fade
The Yale Bulldog Cycling team was one of the original three collegiate cycling clubs founded in 1891 and competed against both Harvard and Princeton. While none of the original members remain, the team feels close to its rich history, especially when training on the countryside.
Today, however, team members say they ride not only because of their team’s rich history but more importantly because they get to wear spandex and eat a TON of carbs.
The team uses the 24 oz Polar Bottle blue fade insulated water bottles when riding. They say staying hydrated is vital to performing at a high level and with the temperature extremes in their hometown of New Haven, CT an insulated bottle is an important accessory. In the years to come the Yale Bulldog Cycling team members say they are looking forward to introducing more incoming students to the sport of cycling, particularly women and students from backgrounds traditionally less represented in the sport.
