We believe in a 100% customer service guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service department. We will send postage so you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
We do replace caps for the insulated sport bottles free of charge. Simply fill out the Cap Replacement Form and we will get replacement caps to you as soon as possible. We do like to keep those bottles going!
