Polar Bottle Happy Hour for PeopleForBikes shows brands commitment to cycling.
Over 150 people crowded the spacious Boulder warehouse space for Polar Bottle and its sister Cenote hydration system brand, to trade biking adventures, win goods donated by leading cycling, outdoor and fitness brands and generally kick off the weekend in style with fellow bike enthusiasts. The occasion was a Happy Hour fundraiser for cycling advocacy group PeopleForBikes. “This was without doubt one of the most successful happy hour we’ve ever held”, enthused Mitch Marrison of PeopleForBikes. “Polar Bottle is a brand which shares our commitment to making cycling easier, better funded and safer for all. They have a lot of friends in the bike community and it looks like many of them showed up tonight which helped us raise over $2,000”. Speaking from the National Bike Summit in Washington D.C, Polar Bottle President, Judy Amabile, agreed. “We are delighted to support the great work PeopleForBikes is doing to prove the importance of cycling to the wellbeing of communities and the environment and to secure funding for cycling at the federal, state and private levels. Hosting this event also gave us a fun way to connect with our many friends in the cycling community”.
